مهربان خواهیم ماند، این شعار ۷۲ سالگی سازمان جوانان جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. جوانی بهاران زندگانی و ارزشمندترین هدیه ای است که روزگار تنها یکبار فرصت بهره مندی از آن را به انسان میبخشد. تحرک، قدرت، و انگیزه بلند گذرگاه های بوستان جوانی هستند. در این باغ است که اعضای جوان جمعیت هلال احمر میتوانند انگیزه ی خود را شناسایی کنند و به جستجوی اهدافشان بپردازند؛ آن همانند پلی به سمت شکوفایی و انگیزه است. جوانان، تمدن های بزرگ بشریت هستند و این نکته که انسانیت یکی از هفت اصل اساسی فدراسیون بین المللی صلیب سرخ و هلال احمر است. در دنیایی که پر از رنج، فقر، درد، تاریکی و مصیبتها است، اینان اعضای جوانان هستند که بدون ایجاد تبعیض نسبت به افراد نیازمند و مصیبت دیده در آن جوامع الهام میگیرند. مهم نیست که جوانان چه فشارهایی را تحمل میکنند، آنها سعی دارند درد و رنج انسان را بدون فرصتی کاهش دهند زیرا آنان برای پول کمک نمیکنند. این جوانان یقه آبی مانند الماس هایی درخشان با پژواکی از یک روح بزرگ هستند. سازمان جوانان روح کسانی را که با آن ارتباط برقرار میکنند را توانمند میسازد و بالا میبرد. علاوه بر این، این سازمان راه را برای درک بهتر ارزش های بشر دوستانه هموار میکند. سازمان جوانان برای تقویت مقاومت آنان در برابر مشارکت موثر در خدمات داوطلبانه برلی کمک به افراد نیازمند به کار میرود. باید به وضوح درک کرد که سازمان جوانان جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران از بخش های مختلفی تشکیل شده است، که هر یک از آنها فعالیت هلی بسیاری برای به اشتراک گذاشتن اهداف مشابه دارند تا جوانان با انگیزه بیشتری در توسعه استعداد های خود برای روحیه خدمات بیشتر در فعالیت های بشر دوستانه فعالیت کنند.
در راستای اهداف بشر دوستانه، برنامه های امدادی نیز برای توانمند سازی جوانان در مشارکت بهتر فعالیت های داوطلبانه اجرا میشود. برگزاری مسابقات یکی از مهم ترین عوامل در سازمان جوانان جمعیت هلال احمر با هدف ارتقا توان علمی اعضا با ایجاد زمینه شناخت استعدادهای آنها، تمرین گروه ها و فعالیت های فردی و رشد روحیه مشارکت و همدلی در بین جوانان است. در میان آنها دو مسابقه را میتوان نام برد: دادرس( آماده سازی دانش آموزان در مواجهه با روزهای سخت) و رفاقت مهر. کانون غنچه های هلال احمر یکی از کانون های معاونت امور جوانان جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. هدف آن ترویج و نهادینه سازی فضائل اخلاقی، فرهنگ اجتماعی و آشنایی نو نهالان گروه سنی ۵ تا ۷ سال برای فعالیت های بشر دوستانه بدون بی طرفی همراه با اصول و اهداف جمعیت هلال احمر است. در این جا چند نمونه از فعالیت های انجام شده در این مرکز آورده شده است: یکی از آنها انجام طرح “دست های مهربان” با اهدای اسباب بازیهای جمع آوری شده به کودکان مناطق محروم است. هدف از انجام این طرح، ترویج مهربانی و نوع دویتی بین کودکان است. طرح دیگر، برگزاری مانور پدافند غیر عامل در کانون غنچه های هلال احمر است. هدف این است که در صورت بروز بلایای طبیعی و انسلنی دست به دست هم دهیم تا جوانان و کودکان توانمند شوند. نتیجه میگیریم که برگزاری هر نوع برنامه مانند این به جوانان آینده کمک خواهد کرد که از شرکت در فعالیت های بشر دوستانه احساس شور و اشتیاق کنند.
فعالیت های بسیاری در سازمان جوانان وجود دارد که جوانان را تشویق و ترغیب به جذب و پیوستن به آن میکند. این سازمان با ارائه دستورالعمل های واضح و صریح، برگزاری کارگاه های مختلف، بازدید از خانه سالمندان، برگزاری اردوهای دوستی، برگزاری ایستگاه های سلامت، برگزاری جشنواره هایی با مضامین صلح و انسانیت، توضیع تراکت های آموزشی، راه را برای جوانان علاقمند به فعالیت های بشر دوستانه هموار میکند. مروج همه این فعالیت ها، پخش رسانه ای قدرتمند آنها است. رسانه نقش مهمی در بازتاب فعالیت های سازمان و فعالیت های بشر دوستانه جمعیت هلال احمردارد که میتوانند در رسانه ها بهتر معرفی شوند اگر انعکاس در رسانه را دارا باشند، بنابر این میتواند جوانان را به پیوستن در این سازمان ترغیب کند. بازتاب همه ی فعالیت های جوانان و پوشش خبری آنها تاثیر عمیقی در ارتقا اهداف بشر دوستانه و منافع عمومی مردم و جذب افراد به همراه انگیزه جوانان برای خدمت بیشتر را دارد. در واقع این امر حس همکاری آنان را شدت میبخشد.
در نتیجه سازمان جوانان گذرگاه ورودی به هلال احمر است و از کانون های مختلفی تشکیل شده است. این سازمان با هدف توسعه مشارکت جوانان در تصمیم گیری ها و فعالیت های مربوط به آنها در حوزه خدمات امدادی و عام المنفعه میباشد که اولین اقدام آن جذب افراد علاقمند است. جوانان نقش مهمی در برنامه های جمعیت هلال احمر دارند و میتوانند با قرار گرفتن در مسیر صلح و دوستی، امور خیریه در جوامع را گسترش دهند و نسل های آینده از آنان سود ییرند./نسرین فلاح

“We Will Remain Kind”
“We Will Remain Kind”, this is the motto of 72th of the Youth Organization of the Iranian Red Crescent Society. Youth is the spring of life and the most precious gift that gives people the opportunity to enjoy it only once. Mobility, power, and high motivation are the pathways in the youth garden. It is in this garden that young members of the red crescent society can identify their motivation and seek their goals; it is like a bridge to youth prosperity and motivation. They are the great civilizers of humanity along with the point that humanity is one of the seven fundamental principles of IFRC. In a world that is replete in suffering, poverty, pain, darkness, and disasters, these are the young members who inspire glimpse of hope in those societies without discriminating against the needy and disaster-affected people. No matter how much pressure the youth tolerate, they try to alleviate human suffering without being opportunity as they do not help for the sake of money. These blue-collared youth are like glittering diamonds with echo of a great soul. The youth organization enables and uplifts the souls of those who come in contact with it; furthermore, it paves the way for better understanding of humanitarian values. It is used to strengthen their resilience for an effective involvement in voluntary services for helping those who are in needs. It should be clearly understood that the youth organization of IRCS is composed of various sections, each of which has multitude activities to share same purposes for young people to be more motivated developing their talents for spirit of more service in humanitarian activities.
In line with humanitarian goals, relief programs are also implemented for the youth empowerment in a better participation of voluntary activities. Holding tournaments is one of the most notable factors in the Youth Organization of the Red Crescent Society with the aim of improving the scientific abilities of the members by creating the field of the recognition of their talents, practicing groups and individual activities, and developing the spirit of participation and communion among youth. Among them two competitions are named: Dadras (preparation of students for the most difficult days) and Refaghate Mehr. The Red Crescent Buds Center is one of the centers of deputy of youth affairs in IRCS. It is aimed to promote and institutionalize ethical virtues, altruistic culture, social cohesion and familiarity of the seedlings of the age of 5 to 7 years for humanitarian activities without impartiality along with the principles and goals of the Red Crescent Society. Here are some examples of the activities held at this center. One of them is doing the project of the “Kind Hands” by donating collected toys to children from the deprived areas. The purpose of this project is to promote kindness and altruism among children. The other one is holding non-operative defense in the center of the Red Crescent Buds. The aim is to have a relief empowerment of youth and children in the face of natural and manmade disasters. To conclude, holding any kind of programs like this will help the would-be youth of the future feel passionate about participating in humanitarian activities.
There are many other activities in the Youth Organization of the Red Crescent Society that encourage and push young people to attract and join. By providing clear and explicit instructions, holding various workshops, visiting the nursing home, holding friendship expeditions, holding health stations, organizing festivals with the themes of peace and humanity, distributing of educational tracts, this organization paves the way for the young people who are interested in humanitarian activities. The promoter of all these activities is the forceful of media broadcast. The media has a significant role in reflecting the activities of the Youth Organization. The humanitarian activities of the Red Crescent Society have an important effect that can be better introduced if they are mirrored in the media, so it can encourage young people to join this organization. The reflection of all such youth activities and their news coverage have a profound impact on promoting the humanitarian and public benefit goals of the population and attracting people along with motivation of youth to serve more. In fact, it intensifies their sense of cooperation.
In conclusion, the Youth Organization is the gateway to the Red Crescent Society and consists of various hubs. It aims to develop youth participation and decision _ making in related activities in the field of relief and public service, the first of which is to attract interested ones. Young people play an important role in the Red Crescent Society’s programs; in fact, they can spread charity to communities by embarking on the path of peace, friendship and that the future generations would be benefited from them.
